No Phones. Just Us. is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Because you receive immediate access to the full downloadable content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed.
Why We Have This Policy
Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded. The moment your purchase is confirmed, you have full access to the product. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our digital content and is standard practice for instant-download products.
What You Receive
Upon successful payment you will receive immediate access to all purchased editions of the No Phones. Just Us. Connection Kit. These are digital PDF files designed for personal use — print at home or view on any device. No physical item will be shipped.
Exceptions
If you experience a genuine technical failure that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase — and you have not already successfully downloaded the files — please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, re-issue access. This exception does not apply to change-of-mind purchases.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a successfully delivered digital product is considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with full documentation of delivery and to report abuse to the relevant payment processor.
